HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE FILES?
You will receive the edited video + additional files within 2 weeks of your session. You will receive all of the files via Google drive shared links. You then can post online to where ever your heart desires!
Make sure to save + backup your files. The download links will expire within a few weeks. I clean out my client files every few weeks and cannot guarantee that I will backup everything for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL/THE WEATHER IS BAD
If the weather is bad/act of God/I am sick/etc, you can put your deposit toward a re-schedule or you can have it refunded. However, if you need to cancel or don’t show up to the session, the deposit will not be refunded. The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date + time. If you cancel last minute, I could have booked someone else during that period. I do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid. Nothing is booked until the deposit has been paid. The remainder of your balance is due immediately following your shoot before we both depart.
HOW TO PAY?
I prefer Paypal although whatever works best for you is fine. Just let me know how you will be paying a head of time.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date + time. if you cancel last minute, I most likely would have been able to book someone else during that period. I do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid, making your desired time slot up for grabs. nothing is booked until the deposit has been paid.
WHAT IS THE LOCATION TRAVEL FEES?
(Nashville only) depending exactly where you want to shoot travel fees will vary. I typically charge $25 an hour travel time to and from the location. Please let me know if you are wanting to shoot somewhere else.
WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?
It may seem expensive but it is actually incredibly cheap. Here is an article that talks about the budgets of some music videos you may be familiar with.
CAN I HAVE THE UNEDITED VERSIONS OR RAW FOOTAGE?

WILL YOU RE-TOUCH (PHOTOSHOP) HOW I LOOK?
No, I do not retouch or alter my client’s appearance. I shoot in the best light that I can to create different looks that best tell the story of the song or product. I will color grade to create the most flattering image but no extreme face altering magic will be made.
DO I GET TO SELECT THE CLIPS USED?
Part of my job is editing the video and choosing the most flattering clips while telling the story in the best way. The clips I do not use are either repeats, blurry or out of focus, don’t tell the story as intended. I promise to create the best product for the client that I can.
CAN WE PICK WHAT VIDEOS/IMAGES GO ON YOUR WEBSITE/SOCIAL MEDIA?
No. Any of the files I deliver to you could be shared online.
WHAT IF WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT?
I have never had a client tell me they were unhappy with my services in 12 years of video + photography. This is because I have clear communication + expectations set before hand. If you have read my faq thoroughly and done all you can to prepare yourself for your video shoot, including picked a location you love, an outfit you feel confident in, this is the best way to ensure you will be happy with the final result. If I have delivered what I promised to you, video services and package of your choice, and you are not still not happy with the final outcome I offer a 100% money back guarantee. I want you to be happy with the service I provide and I will do what ever it takes to ensure that. I just ask that you provide a list of reasons of why you believe I do not deserve compensation for my time and efforts.
